Founded in 1980, Pathways currently serves more than 300 adults with serious mental illness in community-based homes in Northern Virginia.

Pathway Homes, Inc.'s mission is to make available to long-term, seriously mentally ill adults a variety of non time-limited housing, to provide the necessary subsidies to make such housing affordable, and to deliver the proper individualized services which will enable them to realize their individual potential in the least restrictive environment in which they are capable of living.
