Virtuous Enterprises, Inc. (VEINC) is a 501(c)(3) training and development organization devoted to the spiritual, educational, and economical empowerment of underserved women and girls in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Our goal is to provide services and programs that will minister to the needs of the whole being (i.e., body, soul, and spirit) to encourage women and girls to live victoriously. VEINC believes that women and girls have unique needs that can only be fulfilled by women, and God has equipped us with the resources to develop and deliver innovative services and programs to meet these needs to enrich their quality of life.
